At Cooler Door Gaskets, we want to ensure your refrigeration equipment maintains a perfect seal. If your gasket is not the right fit or arrives damaged, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Fitment

  Before opening the protective seal, compare the profile and dimensions of the new gasket against your existing door seal to ensure compatibility.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the gasket in its original packaging, ensuring it is not folded or kinked, as damaged products due to poor packing may not be eligible for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gasket within 5-7 business days.
