What is your return policy if the gasket doesn't fit?
We accept returns on standard stock items within 30 days of purchase. However, because custom-sized gaskets are manufactured to your specific dimensions, they are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your gaskets compatible with major brands like True or Beverage-Air?
Absolutely. We carry a wide range of profiles that are compatible with major commercial and residential refrigeration brands including True, Beverage-Air, Traulsen, and Hoshizaki.
How do I install my new gasket properly?
Most of our gaskets are 'press-in' style. We recommend laying the gasket flat in a warm room for 24 hours before installation to remove kinks, then simply pressing the dart into the door channel starting from the corners.
